Testnet Privacy Addendum
This Testnet Privacy Policy Addendum (“Privacy Addendum“) contains additional privacy terms that apply to your use of Testnet and forms part of the Privacy Policy of the EOSIO Website available at eos.io/legal/privacy-policy/ (the “Privacy Policy“).
Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Addendum, capitalized terms used in this Privacy Addendum have the same meaning as those defined in the Privacy Policy and the EOSIO Website’s Terms of Use (which includes the Testnet Terms of Service).
Additional Personal Data that We Process for Testnet
Testnet is a Service of the EOSIO Website and we collect and process data about you generally under the terms of the Privacy Policy. In addition, we process the following additional category of Personal Data about you in connection with your use of Testnet:
- Testnet Account Information, which means information pertaining to the blockchain accounts that are associated with your Developer Account (“Testnet Accounts”), including but not limited to your account ID, account private key, account public key, account creation and last login timestamp, account status, blockchain account limit, and Testing Tokens information.
We collect your Testnet Account Information at the time of creation of your Developer Account and Testnet Accounts and during your use of the Developer Account and Testnet Accounts.
How we Use your Personal Data
We use your Personal Data for the following additional purposes in relation to Testnet:

Retention of Personal Data
We retain Testnet Account Information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Addendum and in our records retention policies, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
