#AskBlockone: Questions on the EOSIO Stack Exchange

The EOSIO Stack Exchange site is now up and running and fully open to the public — and many in our community are curious to know more about the platform. We’ve received multiple questions about it on our social channels and we’ve decided to answer them via #AskBlockone.

Community members have asked us questions about the EOSIO Stack Exchange, such as ‘How does the platform work?’ and ‘How can the community benefit from it?’

Stack Exchange is a network of Q&A websites for developers to learn from one another and share their programming knowledge. There are Stack Exchange sites for a range of topics related to programming and development on many prominent platforms.

Launching a Stack Exchange site dedicated to EOSIO helps us to foster community discussion and sharing of knowledge; in turn, this engagement supports developers and keeps the EOSIO community growing. The site is now fully open to the public and we invite community members to contribute to making it a success. Developers around the world are already collaborating via the site, asking and answering technical questions as they work on developing decentralized applications for EOSIO: At time of writing, we had 1,386 users and this number is growing daily. With your help, the EOSIO Stack Exchange can become a global resource library for a permanent community of developers building distributed applications on the EOSIO platform.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time, passion and leadership to help found this community and get the site off the ground. Keep your questions coming and spread the word!
